Yes. Launch, Flight, and Eclips each provide a dedicated Moodle LMS with the full core Moodle platform. Moving to a larger plan increases licensed user capacity and dedicated server resources rather than unlocking additional core Moodle functionality.

What is the difference between Launch, Flight, and Eclips?

The primary differences are user capacity and dedicated infrastructure. Launch supports up to 500 registered users, Flight supports up to 2,500, and Eclips supports up to 10,000. Each larger plan also includes additional dedicated compute and memory.

Do I need technical experience to operate my LMS?

You do not need to manage servers, databases, SSL certificates, backups, monitoring, or the underlying hosting environment. Mobius manages the technical platform while your team focuses on courses, instructors, learners, enrollments, and everyday LMS administration.

What happens after I complete checkout?

Your purchase begins the provisioning process for your dedicated Moodle environment. The platform creates the required server infrastructure, Moodle installation, database, DNS, SSL, backups, monitoring, and related platform services. You can follow deployment progress from your Mobius account.

Can I upgrade to a larger plan later?

Yes. You can move from Launch to Flight or Eclips as your organization grows. Your existing Moodle site, courses, users, and learning data remain in place while your platform capacity is increased.

What is included if I do not purchase a support plan?

Your managed platform still includes hosting, SSL, platform security, automated backups, monitoring, maintenance, and Moodle platform updates. A paid support plan adds access to Mobius personnel for questions, troubleshooting, and LMS assistance.

What support options are available?

You may operate without a recurring human support plan, add Ticket Support, or select Ticket + Phone/Zoom Support. Ticket Support allows support requests to be submitted 24/7 with a Mobius response within one business day. Phone/Zoom Support also includes scheduled live assistance.

Can Mobius brand my LMS?

Yes. The optional Mobius Branding Package can configure your logo, colors, favicon, login page, basic homepage styling, and email branding.

Is training available?

Yes. Administrator Training, Instructor Training, and Student Training are available individually, or you can select the Complete Training Bundle that combines all three.

Can Mobius build custom Moodle features or integrations?

Yes. Custom development is available for requirements such as plugins, integrations, SSO, APIs, reporting, automation, ecommerce, themes, and other Moodle development. Selecting Custom Development during checkout does not add a charge; Mobius will follow up separately regarding the project.

What if I need more than 10,000 users?

Enterprise is available for organizations whose capacity, infrastructure, integrations, or deployment requirements fall outside the standard Launch, Flight, and Eclips plans. Contact Mobius Learning to discuss the appropriate environment.
